Returns and Refunds Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025 

At Lacey Lane Trophies & Gifts, every item is crafted with care and customized to your specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we want to ensure our policy is clear and easy to understand.

Customized Items (No Returns or Refunds)

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds on custom-made or personalized products, including but not limited to:

  • Trophies

  • Awards

  • Engraved or personalized signs

  • Custom plaques

  • Any item created specifically to your design, text, or style request

Once production has begun, all sales on customized items are final.

Proofing & Approval

To help avoid errors, we provide proofs, mockups, or detailed confirmations on customized items when applicable.
Please review all spelling, dates, logos, and design elements carefully. Production will not begin until approval is received. Lacey Lane Trophies & Gifts is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. All customized orders do not enter into our production time slot until all of the proofs are approved which is contingent on the customer responding in a timely manner.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the issue.
We will gladly remake or repair the item if the problem is due to craftsmanship or shipping damage.

Please note: Damage resulting from mishandling after delivery is not considered a defect.

Non-Custom Items

If you purchased a non-custom item, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Order Changes

Changes to an order may be possible before production begins. Once the customization or engraving process has started, changes cannot be made.
